Renegade By Ted Dekker
I have chosen the book called "Renegade" by Ted Dekker Renegade is a book in a series written by Ted Dekker here is a picture of the cover of Renegade
I read up to chapter 4 so far and i also read the back explaining it. What I found reminded me of the Narnia Series witch i read all the books too. Since am reading the third book first a bit of the story is left out for me but here is a qoute from the beginning of the book
"Our story begins in a world totally like our own yet completly different. What once happened here in our own history seems to be repeating it self, Thousands of years from now some time beyond the year AD 4000." this is qouted from the first page and it is the first paragah from what I toke from that information i made the narnia resamblance because it involves a world quite like ours in the far past.
Iintend to read this whole book and maybe the rest of the series.
What I am Currently Studying
Well what is currently on my mind at around 6 in the morning am typing this is as follows.
Ive been studying a part of history known as The Siege Of Osaka Castle or, more commonly, 大坂の陣 Ōsaka no Jin) was a series of battles undertaken by the Tokugawa shogunate against the Toyotomi clan, and ending in that clan's destruction. Divided into two stages (Winter Campaign and Summer Campaign), and lasting from 1614 to 1615, the siege put an end to the last major armed opposition to the shogunate's establishment. The end of the conflict is sometimes called the Genna Armistice (元和偃武 Genna Enbu?), because the era name was changed from Keichō to Genna immediately following the siege. I mainly Studyed the winter campaign witch toke part in 1614. At this time the Toyotomi clan rebuilt Osaka Castle. At the same time, the head of the clan sponsored the rebuilding of Hōkō-ji in Kyoto The Sanada-maru was an earthwork barbican defended by Sanada Yukimura and 7,000 men, on behalf of the Toyotomi. The Shogun's armies were repeatedly repelled, and Sanada and his men launched a number of attacks against the siege lines, breaking through three times. Ieyasu then resorted to artillery(Including 17 imported European cannons and domestic wrought iron cannon.) as well as men to dig under the walls. On January 22, the Winter Siege was ended, with Toyotomi Hideyori pledging to not rise in rebellion, and allowing the moat of Osaka castle to be filled in. After studying this i started Researching Sanada Yukimura and learned the following.
Sanada Saemon-no-Suke Yukimura (真田 左衛門佐 幸村 Sanada Yukimura, 1567–June 3, 1615) was a Japanese samurai, second son of the Sengoku period daimyo Sanada Masayuki (1544–1611). His proper name was Sanada Nobushige (真田信繁), named after Takeda Shingen's younger brother Takeda Nobushige (武田信繁), who was a brave and respected warrior. He and his father were known as being excellent military tacticians. Though their army was very small, they won many battles in which they were outnumbered. Through these feats he would gain fame and forever a place in Japanese history. Sanada Yukimura was called "A Hero who may appear once in hundred years" and "crimson demon of war", and Shimazu Tadatsune (島津忠恒) called him the "number one warrior in Japan". That is all I studyed for the time being

a) Assassin's Creed II Review By IGN
November 17, 2009 - Assassin's Creed II is the follow-up to Ubisoft's 2007 hit that attracted a mass audience if not unanimous critical acclaim. The sequel is an expansive and bloody romp through Renaissance Italy that plays up every popular aspect of the first installment while righting many of its flaws The plot of Assassin's Creed pulls together a bit of The Matrix, a lot of historical fiction, and throws in elements of the madcap conspiracy theories found in a Dan Brown novel.
b) What did you learn from this article?
That Assassin's Creed II is going to be better then the first one due to the coders fixing some bugs and flaws from the first game and the new features makeing the game have hours of more entertainment.
c) How trustworthy do you feel the source of the information is?
Quite because i played the game myself
d) Explain how the way the information is presented makes you more or less likely to trust it.
