List of ideas and solutions

This is a list of ideas and solutions for the school I am in since am not on the school's council i am going to make my statements here.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Problem No.1 Student Clubs. I have seen many of these in schools but I fear our school lacks interest and such a thing would never exist. The only real clubs are those athletic clubs that only athletic people would find interesting their is no student made clubs like a club based around researching and learning other country's culture.

Problem No.2 School festival (or a unique event) Yes some people might think I toke this idea from anime but it is a fine idea what it pretty much means a unique activity that will make our school stand out making it look more interacted with its students and teachers the festival is were every class does something like make a cafe or a play or something around those lines. or we can make a event based around one of our school's most honorable achievements.

Problem No.3 Student participation. Yes teachers might think this is nailed down but sometimes like when our school is doing a football game students sneak off and don't watch their team play. Same thing goes for Assembly some students sneak off and never get to learn what is happening and thaus we must enforce this. Teachers should mark who is in the gym when their class enters and when they are about to leave to see if anyone toke off.

Problem No.4 Smoking on school property. This is a big reason why students go to class late and don't find it interesting to learn and expand their knowledge. I think their should be a school rule enforced about this I believe the area were cars are parked is a school area and anyone caught smoking their should be fined about to start 2 dollars and if it con tunes raise this fine.

Problem No.5 Class Awareness. I think we should make some of our classes more involved and noticed. I mainly look at the drama class and music classes when I mention this. they could make maybe small plays music done by our music department and acting done by the drama department maybe once a month this will raise the awareness of these two departments and another department that I think needs more viewing is the hair dressing class I personally for the longest time didn't even see this class until recently.

Problem No.6 Publicity. I think we can improve this by joining many online communities. Some of these are Youtube (for videos made by the students of the school) Deviant art (to show off artwork made by our students) Twitter and facebook connected (to keep people informed).

Problem No.7 Student Involvement. Yes this is quite decent right now especially due to the 24 hours of community service but I am thinking more school involved. For example if clubs (the top one) is made then I would suggest giving a credit for joining a club and make joining one mandatory. This may increase student involvement.'

Problem No.8 Raising student Moral. I think we can raise student moral if we had people who wore successful come to the school to talk about them selfs. This would only be useful if it was not costly for example the person did it to help improve the students hopes for getting a good job and such.

Problem No.9 Littering on school premises. Many people litter on the school premises and I think we should enforce something about this to keep our school looking clean and more Presentable. one thing we can do is either make a group/club based around this and help the janitors. Another thing is we could make some sort of a punishment if done more then once.

Problem No.10 Student Behaviour. I have noticed from my year at this school that some student's just like to be mean and such. I think doing something about this can improve peoples learning experience

I hope these ideas are read and are highly considered and possibly acted on.

Anime paragraph

This paragraph is about Anime, I enjoy watching anime because its not realistic and anything can really happen in it. Some anime I like are Full metal Panic, Macross Frontier and Code Geass Rebellion of Lelouch, ~Desu

Full Metal Panic.
Full metal panic is based around two main characters named Sagara Sousake and Kaname Chidori. Sagara Sousake is hired as a bodyguard and is used to prevent Kaname Chidori from being kidnapped. ~Desu But he fails more then twice at this task. The Comedy from this anime does not come from its main story line it comes from the fact Sagara Sousake was born into guerrilla warfare and was always a trained soldier and had no normal life experience so he stood out a lot in the series. This is shown once when he points a gun at a barber thinking the barber was an assassin. The hired military Sagara works for is called Mithril. The group called Mithril is a military group hired by various governments to take part in missions they can't the Mithril group also has the most advanced weaponry in the world (in this series). ~Desu

Macross Frontier.
Macross Frontier takes place after the series "The Super Dimension Fortress Macross" In this series two races waged a war that caused the first space war. ~Desu Those races wore the Humans and Zentradi. ~Desu The Zentradi is a race of of giant humanoid proxy warriors that invade the planet in search for old enemy's. ~Desu In the end they completely destroy the earth and force humans to live on flying space ships. ~Desu One singer changed the minds of the Zentradi thorugh a song and made them ally with the humans. around 100 years later is when Macross frontier takes place. The Main characters of Macross Frontier are Alto Saotome Ranka Lee Sheryl Nome Mikhai Luca Angelloni Ozma Lee Klan Klang Jeffrey Wilder. The series starts off with Alto Saotome Mikhai and Luca Angelloni in pilot school. Alto Saotome later meets Ranka Lee and then resumes going to a concert. The other characters such as Klan Klang show up around epsiodes 4-5 Ozama lee appears in episode 2 I believe.

Code Geass Lelouch Of The Rebellion
Code Geass starts out with the main character Lelouch going with one of his friends to a chess game that had a bet on it for money. Lelouch wins the game but whale the game was going on a group of terrorists stole something the military called "Poison bomb"
The truck the terrorists used to steal the device flipped and Lelouch who was driving by at the time jumped out to help. The truck began moving again forcing Lelouch to fall inside the truck. Minutes later the truck stops and it is shown the Poison Bomb was not a bomb but a person. The military shows up and says they well kill Lelouch to cover the tracks but the person from the device grants him a special power called the Geass which allowed him to force a command on someone and they are forced to comply with it.

Journal # 2 for Miss. S:

What is your favourite type of music and why? You may include the names of some of your favourite artists. Make sure you tell me when you first started to like this music and the type of impact it has on your life. When do you listen to music?

Well I find this a personal matter mayself, but the three major music groups i listen too is 80's, Techino and a music group that not many people know about in canada or the united states its called J-pop.

The most succesful and most popular one from this and my personal favourte is Miku Hatsune.

This character has done massive cross overs from english japanase spanish german russian etc. Even sometimes did pop songs and all of it has been succesful

The impact the music has on my life i would have to say is major considering the J-pop usaly keeps me clam and completly accepting of things. I started listening to it in 2007 and still do today i have a large collection of this music and i always gather more of it. I listen to this music virtual everytime i have headphones and a computer or my ipod near by. I also like how every one of the songs sung by Miku hatsune have a message in the lyrics.

The hardest thing I ever done has to be when i first started drawing.
I found it hard because I was never good at really doing sketches so I just free handed my drawings. The art classes here never really helped me that much instead I leanred off the Internet and the vast amount of information on it. I have improved alot when it comes to drawing but I still need some training with drawing hands and objects. I perter drawing in anime format then realistic format because it allows me to make the eyes somewhat bigger then normal make some really random hair cuts and other things that would look wired on the average person. I enjoy drawing and I find it hard to learn am still learning it even now but I keep practiceing.

New Novel

I am currently reading Gai-Jin recommended to me by Mr Pierce. I picked up the book from the public library and started reading it today I finished chapter one.

Chapter one was about a foreign settlement in japan and a french girl named Miss Angelique and she was exploring some of japan with her guide and a merchant. They wore stopped by two columns of Samaria who attacked them killing Mr.Canterbury Miss Angelique returned to the settlement to get help. She managed to get help from the settlement but because of how discipline the Japanese people are when the help arrived all they found was Mr Canterbury's body and none of the passing people acted like the body was there. So the people who ran out to help split into groups to try and find the wounded person and that is when the chapter ends.

Self awareness

for this assignment am using a segment from another post i made called New Background here is the segment corrected in the manner specified.

The Missing Eye
When Date was a child he got smallpox in his right eye robbing him of half of his eye sight. Some sources say he plucked out the eye himself when a senior member of the clan pointed out that an enemy could grab it in a fight. Others say that he had his trusted Officer Katakura Kojuro gouge out the eye for him, Because of his missing eye his own mother Thought he was unfit to take over as clan leader and started favoring his younger brother Kojiro as heir. It is speculated that she tried to poison him one night while serving him dinner. Masamune consequently killed his own brother in order to come to power

Killing reading.

1) Use your own experience to explain why you agree or disagree with these statements.
I agree with this statement because sometimes the school teacher picks a book only 10% of the class well enjoy to read making the other 90% not want to read it and not learn anything from it like proper punctuation and such. I also think it destorys some students reading is because some people like fiction others like non fiction and some enjoy books/novels that dont fit into these catagorys.

2) Do you feel reading becomes more and more work the higher you progress in school? Please refer to your own experience to answer this question. I do think so because at around grade five you dont need to read seven sheets explaining one assginment and do three notes to understand what you are doing. For example in my sience this year we had to take a total of two notes to do three worksheets.

3) Would you enjoy reading "with no strings attached"? In other words, you read what you want but don't have to write a report or assignment once you've finished? Explain.
Yes I would because then I can read at my own pace and not worry about having to finish it on a certain date so i can do the test or report on it. For some books it takes me a bit to read them and if they interest me enough like the narnia series i tend to read them all before doing any sort of report on one of them.

4) Imagine that you have just finished the best book you ever read. How would you want to share some of your reading experience with your classmates and teacher? (e.g. create a poster about the novel, conference with the teacher, present to a small group of students...)
First I would draw out the main character or the character i liked the most then post it on a few clan community sites and tell them about the character and the book to encourge them to read it as well. i would write a small essay about it and show it to the teacher for class though.

Bramuda triangle

Today I read about the Bermuda triangle and the disappearances of the ships and planes. The book says that it was not because of some super power that ships and planes vanished it was because of the horrible weather conditions.

The ships and planes by what the book says traveled in bad weather conditions causing them to be hit by the massive waves and fast wind causing boats to sink and planes to drop to the sea.

In my Opinion I kind of believe in the supernatural so for me there is a possibility that it might be some force or something like that. I myself have never traveled through the Bermuda my self so I don't have any personal experience on the subject but I think it might have some supernatural and some just climate that causes all the disappearances

How to make a s series of paragraphs. Step one you make a T chart of the information on the subject for example we well do samurais and ninjas you well make a chart of what is good about them so for example we well do samurai first

samurai- Well armored skilled sword masters Noble fighters in japan.

Ninja- Assassins uses stealth highly moble.

Now you favour one of your two choices in 3-5 paragraphs you get the ideas from these paragraphs from your ideas in the chart. for this example I shall use samurai.
First you start out with a title stateing what side you take so for this we well use the title
Why Samurais are better then ninjas
then you start with your first idea for samurai it was well armored so we well make the following paragraph

Due to the samurai's armor being well made they can withstand more attacks then a ninja making them more stronger in a battlefield. This may give them advantages as well such as the abilty to take more ranged attacks (arrows) to there body with out dieing.

this paragraph favours the samurai over the ninja because of the armor now we well do the same paragraph but favouring ninja this time

Due to a ninja's light armor they are more moble in combat making them alot more faster in combat and this speed increase could give them the upper hand when fighting a enemy such as a samurai.

you well do this for all your ideas and there you have it a series of paragraphs

How to make a good news report

For this example we well use a picture of bill gates for our news reports picture most news reports have a picture that the story relates to so here is the picture

now you well start out with a catchy title that well attract the readers eye for example for this picture we well use the title "New Technlogy created!". The next thing you do is start a sentance kind of interduceing what you are talking about or what the report is about a imporatant detail is to never voice your own opanions for exmple never use "I think" or "I thought" or anything around those lines. for the first line of this example we well use this "Bill gates Owner of microsoft has desgined a new product he calls it the floppy disc" this interduces the person in the picture and describes what he is doing in it. The rest of the paragraphs you explain what the thing does and were it was made and when for example "Bill Gates created the floppy disc in 1998 in washington dc" that information is not the correct information but it is what it should look like for it gives a time a place and a person. The last thing is news reports should be about 3-5 paragraphs in langth to give the reader alot of information on the subject
